The project includes the construction of an extension to an existing high school and the construction of a new junior school on the high school site.

King Solomon High School annex is a steel framed two storey extension to the existing high school block, with a precast concrete first floor and a mesh reinforced ground bearing slab, all supported on shallow mass concrete trench fill/pad foundations.

Ilford Jewish Primary School (IJPS) is a part steel framed/part insitu concrete framed one/two storey new primary school building, with mesh reinforced ground bearing slabs and supported on shallow mass concrete trench fill/pad foundations. Two storey sections are part insitu concrete framed and part insitu up to and including first floor level and steel framing above. Single storey sections are steel framed.
