This 12 acre site which sits alongside the old BCN Main Line canal, forms part of the wider Greater Icknield Masterplan.

The development has regenerated and transformed a derelict industrial estate into a brand new canal side community with public piazzas and quayside canal boat moorings and provides 752 build-to-rent homes, (102 2-to-3-bedroom townhouses, and 650 1-to-2-bedroom apartments).

This mixed-use development provides 10,000ft² of commercial space as part of the new community development. A new footbridge also provides a new pedestrian and cycle routes along the canal to Brindleyplace and Birmingham city centre.
